# Terms & Conditions

Mission Anand is an initiative by Indradhanush Foundation aimed at charity and social causes. By participating, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Availability: Products are available on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on location. If a product is unavailable, your order will be automatically canceled, and you will be informed by the Indradhanush Team.

2. Donation Information: The amount you pay is a donation to Indradhanush Foundation. This amount may be used for various charitable activities and will not be disclosed publicly.

3. Refund Policy:

- A refundable deposit is required prior to booking. This deposit will be refunded after 30 days if a product is returned.

- In some cases, the management may choose not to take a deposit.

4. Damaged Products: Any damages incurred are the responsibility of the end user. The NGO reserves the right to issue mandatory requirements for damages.

5. Unauthorized Use: If a product is used by anyone other than the registered user, or for commercial purposes, Indradhanush Foundation reserves the right to impose fines and take legal action.

6. Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order, you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions stated herein.
